Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to patients in the Sebring, FL region. You will deliver medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases in homes.

Responsibilities include physical exams, care planning, coordinating with clinical operations, and contributing to a patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida.

• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Sebring, FLregion. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Salary Range:

• Full-time: $105,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
• Providers are paid per visit
