Job summary

HCRC consulting in Salem, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or PA to join a medically integrated practice on a part-time basis. The role focuses on integrative medicine, sports medicine, and wellness.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide in-office treatments within scope. Licensure in Oregon required or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate.
• Oregon NP/PA license or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills.
• Interest or experience in integrative/functional medicine, wellness, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred.
• Collaborative, personable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities
