Job summary

CHCA in Sacramento seeks an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team providing care to Skilled Nursing Facility residents. This is a full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (3 days/week) position focused on delivering high-quality, mission-driven care in the Sacramento area.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA or FNP program, current CA licensure, a valid DEA registration, and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in alignment with California Medical and Nursing Board standards.
