Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Landmark Clinic in Bloomington, IN. The role is full-time in a primary care setting with days and occasional Saturdays, plus a structured call schedule and a collaborative team of physicians and APPs.

The successful candidate will hold ACNP, FNP, or PA certification, with at least 1 year of APP experience preferred in hospitalist, internal medicine, or primary care contexts.

Qualifications

• Active ACNP, FNP, or PA certification is required.
• APP experience of 1+ year is preferred.
• Hospitalist, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Join a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a patient-centered clinic.
• Participate in scheduling and care coordination for a high-volume primary care setting.

• Full-time,Days
  • Occasional Saturdays required
  • 36 patient facing hours & 4 hours admin time


• Call Schedule: 1 primary care day per quarter (on call service with RN triage)


• Team includes 11physicians and 9 advanced practice providers

Qualifications:

• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required


• APP experience of +1yearpreferred


• Hospitalist, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred
