Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group in Cheshire, CT, seeks a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our Adult Medicine primary care team in a full-time outpatient role.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRn) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Connecticut.
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum care for adult patients in an outpatient setting.
