Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care to eligible military personnel and dependents at Fairchild AFB (Spokane, WA).
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in a civilian AP role.
• Support readiness and medical qualification processes for service members.

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner

• Masters Degree in Nursing
• Graduate from an academic program that is accredited by a regional or national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the Accreditation Comission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
• Certified in the speciaitly required by the TO as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the recognized national nursing certification organization for the specialty area of practice as appropriate.
• Active DEA
• Current American Heart Association - BLS

Physician Assistant

• Graduate from an ARC-PA certified program and pass the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination
• Current, full and active and unrestricted license as a Physician Assistant
• Active DEA
• Current American Heart Association - BLS
• Certification in NCCPA
