This full-time, day-shift role focuses on adult neuro rehab in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care.

Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our Neuroscience Centerindowntown Indianapolis, IN! Provider will be working in rehabilitative medicine and focusing on adult Neuro Rehab patients. We are seeking a compassionate, innovativeNurse Practitioneror Physician Assistant to work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.

Position Highlights:

• Full time, Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
  • No weekends or call
• Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, ALS, traumatic brain injury, post-concussive, spinal cord injury, and post-stroke and ITB refills
• Join a dedicated team of 4physicians and 1 APP
• No procedures

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required
• Must be BC or BE
• Accepting ACNP, AGNP, CNS, FNP or PA certifications
• Experience inPM&R or Neuro is a plus
• Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, andgood communicators.
