Job summary

One Medical in Portland, OR is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and may perform in-office procedures, with some telehealth as needed.

This role emphasizes collaboration with in-person and virtual teams, ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds, and readiness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care.
• State licensure in Oregon by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; perform tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training; opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in Oregon, obtained by your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is $139,300 - $166,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
