Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Purcell/Norman, OK region on a full-time basis. You will work under a physician, treating a diverse geriatric patient panel in home settings.

Board certification in Oklahoma is required, with strong clinical skills and an ability to work independently. Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA licensed in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills to assess and diagnose.
• Independent problem-solving abilities.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care.
• Perform physical exams and update medical histories.
• Communicate with office staff and operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and medically necessary interventions.

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Purcell/Norman, OK region on a Full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Bartlesville,OK
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You’ll Need

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation

• $110,000- $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
