Mercy seeks an NICU Advanced Practitioner to join a 13-bed NICU team in Joplin, MO. You will work with physicians, see patients in the NICU, and participate in rounding with the team. The position offers PRN flexibility and occasional weekend call, with strong support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a Mercy coworker for at least 12 months prior to course start date for tuition reimbursement eligibility.
• Open to new graduates for NICU APP role offering flexibility in schedule.
• Experience rounding in NICU and collaborating with physicians is preferred.

• PRN Role - Can be flexible with hours
