Job summary

Advanced Pain Care, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology department at the North Austin clinic.

You will manage care for pain patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate services within a standards-based framework. This role requires Texas NP/PA licensure, DEA, and BLS/ACLS, with a generous compensation package that starts at $100,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus program.

Qualifications

Advanced Pain Care - North Austin

Advanced Pain Care is now recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Neurology department at our North Austin clinic location.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation package is extremely generous as we offer a base salary plus a monthly bonus program starting at $100,000.

JOB SUMMARY:

The NP or PA is a licensed independent specialist and member of our professional team who is responsible for managing and coordinating health care for our pain management patients. The NP/PA is required to follow both State and Federal rules and regulations and standards of care, including but not limited to the assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• Degree from an accredited NP or PA Program


• Texas NP or PA License


• Neurology experience preferred; not required


• Texas Medical Board Certification


• DEA license

• Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)


• Strong computer skills and ability to effectively navigate Electronic Medical Record
