Healthcare Recruitment Counselors partners with a growing medical aesthetics practice in Morgantown, WV to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant as an Aesthetic Injector.

This is not an entry-level position. You will perform consultations, administer Botox and dermal fillers, educate patients, and help build long-term relationships while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in West Virginia.
• 5+ years of medical aesthetic injection experience required.
• Strong Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler experience.
• Sculptra/biostimulator experience preferred.
• Confident consultation and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent patient relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Morgantown WV

Aesthetic Injector | $60–$75+/Hour Earning Potential | Uncapped Commission | 20–30 Hours/Week

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in Morgantown, WV.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established injector who enjoys aesthetics, building long-term patient relationships, and being rewarded for performance.

This is not an entry-level injector position. A minimum of 5 years of medical aesthetic injection experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer Botox and other neuromodulators
• Perform dermal filler and Sculptra/biostimulator treatments
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and maintenance plans
• Provide follow-up care and build long-term patient relationships
• Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments, packages, and products
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Experience with lasers, RF microneedling, PRP/PRF, skin tightening, body contouring, and medical-grade skincare is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60–$75+/hour earning potential, including base + uncapped commission
• 20–30 hours per week with 3–4 shifts per week with flexible scheduling
