Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education, with collaboration with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
The APRN will maintain records, ensure safety, and coordinate referrals and care plans in accordance with state licensure and hospital protocols.

Provides appropriate medical care to all patients by assessing physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients to develop a plan of care.
