Providence Medical Group is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the critical care team in Santa Rosa and Petaluma, CA. You will practice with autonomy and be supported by a strong, experienced network across Sonoma County.

This role offers 10-12 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, with no on-call requirements and the potential for additional incentives and CME support as part of the comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited NP or PA program.
• 1+ years of Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider experience.
• 1+ years of ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with procedures including intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.

Responsabilités

• Provide per diem critical care coverage in Santa Rosa and Petaluma.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Sonoma County

Providence Medical Group is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our critical care team, where advanced practice clinicians are trusted with meaningful autonomy and backed by exceptional support. In this role, you'll practice in both Santa Rosa and Petaluma, CA which are surrounded by rolling hills, scenic landscapes, and the welcoming spirit of wine country-while contributing to a missiondriven team dedicated to serving patients across Sonoma County. Qualifications:

• Compensation is between $94.55-$119.57 per hour

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
