Job summary

MAXHEALTH is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Internal Medicine/Primary Care experience for a full-time position at our 53rd Ave clinic, Bradenton, FL, five minutes from Lakewood Ranch. Under the Attending Physician, you will establish treatment plans, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients as part of a team-based model.

Excellent communication, BLS/ACLS, and a Florida license are required.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active Florida medical license required.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment protocols under Attending Physician guidance.
• Evaluate and diagnose patients, initiate therapy and monitor progress.
• Provide patient education and coordination of care.
• Collaborate with Integrated Care Team to optimize outcomes.

Busy Internal Medicine Practice seeks Full-Time Nurse practitioner or PA with Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting experience only.

Full-time position available- Monday- Friday- Located at our 53rd Ave clinic which is 5 minutes from Lakewood Ranch

The Provider with the direction of the Attending Physician, will establish treatment protocols, evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy and perform other acts of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.

Base Salary with Potential for performance Based Bonus offer great opportunity for provider with the ability to see patients efficiently.

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS
• Excellent communication Skills
• Must have active Florida License*
• Must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with EMR/EHR preferred
