Job summary

MAXHealth is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Internal Medicine/Primary Care experience to join our Florida clinics. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and manage patient care under physician supervision.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for a performance bonus, emphasizing preventive and value-based care across adults and seniors. A Florida license, BLS/ACLS, and EMR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting.
• Ability to see patients efficiently with managed care experience preferred.

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, initiation of therapy and monitoring under physician supervision.

Job description

Busy Internal Medicine Practice seeks Full-Time Nurse practitioner or PA with Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting experience only. Mid-Level Provider will provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients of the practice. Experience with Managed Care Preferred.

Full-time position available- Monday- Friday

The Provider with the direction of the Attending Physician, will establish treatment protocols, evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy and perform other acts of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.

Base Salary with Potential for performance Based Bonus offer great opportunity for provider with the ability to see patients efficiently.

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS
• Excellent communication Skills
• Must have active Florida License*
• Must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with EMR/EHR preferred
