• Coordinate care around pre- and post-ablation care.
• Manage medications and follow-up for rhythm disorders.
• Provide outpatient care with no on-call or weekend requirements.

This unique opportunity offers an electrophysiology-focused practice dedicated to the evaluation, management and coordination of care for patients with atrial fibrillation. The ideal candidate is an experienced cardiology/electrophysiology advanced practice clinician with outpatient experience in the evaluation and management of atrial fibrillation, pre and post ablation, and medication management. Join a small, highly collaborative team passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders.
