Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to provide primary and palliative home-based care to patients in Arlington, Virginia on a part-time basis. You will perform physical examinations, manage chronic conditions, and apply medical techniques under supervision of a physician.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, strong clinical assessment, and collaboration with our in-house clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA with Virginia license.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Arlington, VA.
• Conduct physical exams and build care plans based on histories.
• Communicate with office staff across internal platforms.

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound care to patients in Arlington, Virginia on a part-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician, and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in Arlington, VA.
• Assess patient’s health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You’ll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Virginia.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $110,000- $140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
• Part Time providers are paid per visit
