One Medical in Chicago, IL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in Clinical Rounds. You will collaborate with in-person and virtual teams and pursue in-office procedures as needed.

The role requires IL licensure by start date and multi-state licensure readiness for virtual care. The position offers a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in IL by start date.
• 2 years outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.

Responsabilités

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits


• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits


• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities


• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams


• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures


• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification


• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:




• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting




• State licensed in IL, obtained by your One Medical start date.

This is a full- time role in Chicago, IL at One Medical's Fulton Market clinic.

The base salary range for this role is $126,700 - $151,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
