Zaddy Solutions in the Village of Carthage, NY, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The focus is on quality and patient service, with emphasis on treating in place to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.

The NP will perform injections and immunizations, suture and manage wounds, and provide patient counseling on regimens and growth information while delivering care in a respectful, professional environment.

Job Summary

Job Qualifications and Duties

• Candidates must have an NY nursing license.
• Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Assuring delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
• NP Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations; suturing; managing wounds and infections.
• Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information.

Compensation Package

• We offer a salary of $130,000 to $155,00.
• RVU bonus plan
• Full benefits package Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA/FSA, 4 weeks PTO, $1500 CME and 1 week for CME, Malpractice, 401
