Job summary

AnovaWorks is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Seattle, WA to work independently within Employee Health services. This role focuses on providing high‑quality care with longer appointment times and a manageable patient load.

You will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A supportive team and DOT certification training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year performing occupational health exams (Preferred).
• Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.

The Position
