Job summary

First Choice Urgent Care is seeking a mid-level provider for full-time work in a family/urgent care setting in Michigan. The role requires experience in urgent care or emergency care, and the ability to perform pelvic exams, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care procedures.

Occasional on-call support will be provided, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts expected. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of urgent care experience and a willingness to work in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in an urgent care setting or emergency room.
• Experience with pelvic exams, suturing, and splinting is expected.
• Occupational medicine experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pelvic exams, suturing, splinting and other common urgent care procedures.
• Manage patients with work-related injuries and occupational medicine cases.
• Work independently with support available on-call.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Growing Urgent Care clinic looking for a mid-level provider with experience working in Family/Urgent care setting capable of performing pelvic exams, suturing, splinting and other common urgent care procedures in addition to managing patients with work comp injuries. Experience in occupational medicine is highly desirable but not required. Must have at least 2 years of experience working in an urgent care setting or emergency room. Qualified candidates must be personable, efficient, flexible and confident to work independently. Support will be provided at all times by a provider on call. If you are looking for a temporary position or plan on moving out of state or pursuing another career path in the next 2 years, please do not apply for this position. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Must have some evening, weekend and holiday availability to share with the rest of the team.
