Job summary

MedLeadCareers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-scope primary care to geriatric residents in a nursing home setting. You will conduct admissions and follow-up visits, and work with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ NP/PA license and a DEA license, with at least one year of clinical provider experience. Nursing home experience and comfort treating vent patients are strongly preferred.
