Job description

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our innovative team. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will provide remote patient care consultations through our healthcare platform, empowering patients to take control of their health.

Our work culture emphasizes collaboration and positive impact. In this role, you will deliver personalized care and support to patients, working shifts from as early as 12 pm to as late as 2 am MST, including one weekend day.

Responsibilities
  1. Ask intuitive questions to identify causes of illness, injury, or medical issues.
  2. Reach informed diagnoses based on scientific knowledge, patient history, exams, and testing.
  3. Prescribe and interpret lab tests to gather additional information.
  4. Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive administration instructions.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, and the extended team to form a high-performing medical team.
  6. Continuously learn and innovate to improve patient care and outcomes.
  7. Build trust and compassion with patients.
  8. Adapt and overcome issues to benefit patients.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine as an APP.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in rural medicine as an APP.
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant supporting patients from newborn onward.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and establish rapport.
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies, lab work, imaging, medical records, and diagnostics interpretation.
  • Broad knowledge of common medications, side effects, and contraindications.
  • Respect for patient confidentiality and healthcare preferences.
  • Multiple APP licenses are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Pay range is $45 - $65 per hour. The position is based in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) at Bellview and I-25.
