Job summary

OptumCare in Redlands, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the outpatient primary care team. You’ll provide patient-centered care with a focus on addressing individual needs while working within a collaborative, diverse team environment.

The role emphasizes quality care, not volume, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a supportive team including a Medical Assistant. Compensation is competitive with robust benefits and no on-call time.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP/PA or ability to attain before start.
• Unrestricted California Medical License or ability to attain prior to starting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification, DEA certificate.
• EMR proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care including office visits and follow ups.
• Clinic schedule Mon-Fri with 40/20 minute consults and follow ups.
• Room patients with vitals, RX refills and follow up appointments.
• Collaborate in a team-based care model with physicians and APCs.

Position Highlights:

• Clinic Location: Redlands, CA
• Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
• Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments
• Average Patients per day: 17 patients
• Medical Assistant to support Physician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $125,000 - $175,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
