IVDrips is expanding our clinical team and seeking a Nurse Practitioner with hands-on experience in peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and GLP-1 weight management protocols. This role supports a concierge wellness model with multi-state licensure capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage protocols, review labs, and provide telehealth or in-person consults while educating patients and representing IVDrips' mission across states.

Qualifications

• Active NP license with multi-state or compact licensure.
• License in NY, NJ, FL, CT required; other licenses a plus.
• Experience prescribing/managing peptide therapy protocols.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Experience with GLP-1 medications for weight management.
• Comfort with virtual and in-person consults, ordering labs, adjusting protocols.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and prescribe individualized peptide, HRT, and GLP-1 protocols.
• Review labs and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and goals.
• Provide clinical oversight and PRN orders supporting our nursing team during visits.
• Educate patients on their treatment options and what to expect.
• Represent IVDrips' mission and values in every consult.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license, with multi-state or compact licensure strongly preferred

• Licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut required; additional state licenses a strong plus

• Demonstrated experience prescribing and managing peptide therapy protocols

• Demonstrated experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women

• Demonstrated experience with GLP-1 medications for weight management

• Comfortable conducting virtual and in person consults, ordering labs, and adjusting protocols based on results

• Malpractice insurance required (workers' compensation not required, as this is a 1099 independent contractor role)

• Strong communication and patient education skills, with a genuine interest in preventative and wellness focused care

• Comfortable working independently across a multi-state practice

Compensation
Compensation is commission based and scales with the specialized nature of this role. Exact structure will be discussed directly based on experience and license coverage.
