Novella Infusion in Dorchester, MA is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate infusion appointments, manage inventory with procurement, and support EMR data integrity.

This temporary, per diem position offers flexible hours (Fridays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with potential to float to Weymouth, Cambridge, Duxbury, or Waltham and to join as a longer-term contributor based on performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and NP certification required.
• Excellent IV skills.
• Ability to manage clinical duties with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate patient infusion appointments with precision and care.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage inventory and ensure necessary supplies are readily available.
• Partner with the intake team to guarantee patient treatments are authorized and properly scheduled.
• Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews and audit medical records for compliance and accuracy.
• Support the Medical Assistant in maintaining up-to-date patient information in the EMR system.
• Stay informed about the latest infusion therapies and align with company policies.
• Build strong, professional relationships with local providers to enhance referral networks.

Schedule:Temporary - ASAP - 02/15/2027 - would like to keep on as a per diem employee
Dorchester: Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
