AnovaWorks is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our occupational health clinic at PNNL in Richland, WA. This role balances direct patient care with administrative leadership, offering independence and the chance to impact employee health programs.

You will diagnose and treat illnesses, manage policies, coordinate referrals, and participate in management meetings, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• WA Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Team oriented and able to coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Occupational health treatment and diagnoses of acute illnesses.
• Prescribes medications and treatments as needed.
• Performs comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develops and implements patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitates referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
