Core Dermatology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cosmetic Dermatology & Medical Spa team as an Aesthetic Injector. You will work alongside board-certified dermatologists and surgeons to deliver injectables, lasers, and regenerative treatments.

The ideal candidate has a strong facial anatomy understanding, excellent patient communication, and a passion for natural-looking results. A collaborative, growth-minded environment with ongoing training awaits.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license (Iowa).
• DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, PRP, and other regenerative treatments.
• Perform laser treatments and RF microneedling (training available for the right candidate).
• Evaluate and treat hair loss utilizing PRP and comprehensive hair restoration protocols.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and home maintenance.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and obtain informed consent.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and the cosmetic team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Participate in continuing education, marketing initiatives, and practice growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine and facial rejuvenation. The ideal candidate is skilled in cosmetic injectables, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and embraces a comprehensive approach to aesthetic care that includes injectables, lasers, regenerative treatments, and medical-grade skincare.

Salary Information

$50.00 per hour guaranteed base + uncapped production bonus. Total earning potential of $50-$100+ per hour based on individual production.
