You Will
- Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals for comprehensive care.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their health through services such as screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
- Provide holistic, evidence‑based care, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safe‑sex practices.
- Order and administer immunizations (e.g., COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use.
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required by protocol.
Preferred Qualifications
- If less than one year of licensed provider experience, prior student precepting at MinuteClinic is preferred.
- Epic system experience preferred.
Education
Master’s Degree or higher in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and a state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant role.
Pay Range
Hourly Payrate Range: $64.50 – $73.50/hr based on experience, plus shift differentials and quarterly incentive plan.
The typical pay range for this role is $46.03 – $99.14/hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the listed base pay.
