Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a team serving in the NICU, delivery room, and transport flights. The NICU is a 66-bed Level III unit with a nationally recognized patient outcome record.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team at Alaska’s only children's hospital, with opportunities for mentoring and quality improvement involvement. 12- and 24-hour shifts, 0.9 FTE, and a scenic Alaska lifestyle accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Neonatal nurse practitioner certification and master's degree required.
• Neonatology experience strongly preferred.

Seeking a full-time Neonatal nurse practitioner to join a team of providers who serve as liaisons with the nursing and medical staff at Providence Alaska Medical Center and the Alaska Children's Hospital, Alaska's only children's hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage patient care in the delivery room, on transport flights and within a 66-bed, Level III NICU, which serves the entire state of Alaska. This state-of-the-art facility is a great place to give compassionate care for every baby in the unit while being sensitive to the family's needs. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, you will join a hospital staff that has received national recognition for patient outcomes and family-centered care.
