Healthcare United is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient Primary Care role in the Greater Hartford area of Connecticut. The position offers daytime weekday hours with no on-call requirements and is based in the East Granby area.

The team includes physicians, an APP colleague, nursing staff, medical assistants, an embedded behavioral health provider and a clinical pharmacist, with Epic as the EMR. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Nurse Practitioner training in Family Medicine or primary care.
