On demand health in wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. You will focus on delivering high quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to manage a full patient load.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute or chronic illnesses, prescribing medications, performing comprehensive exams, and coordinating referrals. The role supports professional growth in a supportive environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.

• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.
