What You Bring…

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the care of geriatric clients and adult chronic disease management
• Strong leadership, organization, research, evaluation, time management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Point Click Care and RAI-MDS
• Familiar with Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act and associated regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
  
  

This is a full-time permanent position. The pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
