Well-established outpatient clinic seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work with 1 PCP and a skilled support team. The role covers outpatient adult/geriatric medical care, including primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical exams, and chronic disease management.

The office operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner providing outpatient adult and geriatric medical care.
• Ability to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Collaborative practice with a primary care physician and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient adult/geriatric primary care and wellness visits.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and preventive care.
• Manage chronic diseases and coordinate patient care with the team.

Clinical duties include a wide scope of outpatient adult/geriatric medical care. Services include primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations & chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease). Office is open only Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5pm; no nights or weekends. Enjoy easy access to Tampa and nearby communities.
