Atlantic MEDsearch in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support an outpatient primary care team with one physician and a capable staff. You will provide adult and geriatric medical care, wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management in a friendly, community-based clinic.

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• Ability to manage adult and geriatric patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient adult and geriatric medical care alongside 1 primary care physician and skilled support staff.
• Deliver wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
• Support the clinic's Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm schedule and participate in care coordination.

Well-established community based outpatient clinic seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside 1 primary care physician & an experienced support staff. Clinical duties include a wide scope of outpatient adult/geriatric medical care.
