Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources seeks a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine for outpatient primary care in Pennsylvania. The role supports a value-based care model, with 8am–5pm weekday hours and no nights or weekends.

You will work with a four-provider team to reduce hospital stays, see 13–16 patients daily, and provide preventive and some minor procedures under supervision. On-site labs and a phlebotomist support care.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience.
• PA license ability.
• Understanding of ICD-10.

Overview

Mission driven primary care group adding to its team of 4 providers to reduce hospital stays in a value based care model.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; No nights nor weekends.
• New, state-of-the-art centers; welcoming patients with variety of acute or chronic conditions.
• Support of scribe and medical assistant.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans.
• Patient volume: 13-16 a day.
• See patients on avg. every 3 months (more if complex cases).
• Equipment at clinic: Labs on site with a phlebotomist.
• Cases can periodically require suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies but mainly preventive screenings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120-$140k (Based on experience).
• Bonus up to $8k.

Qualifications
