Job summary

NONPF in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our in-person clinic in Olney. The role focuses on comprehensive patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life.

Candidates must hold an MD NP license in Maryland, be eligible for malpractice insurance, and have at least one year of NP experience; private practice and joint injection experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Maryland.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the State of Maryland.
• 1 year minimum experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Private practice experience preferred.
• Experience injecting joints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients to determine which services they could benefit from.
• Assess, advise and treat patients and create treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust services to meet goals.
• Supervise and administer injections (trigger point, joint, etc.).
• Oversee the work of Medical Assistants and keep notes current.
