Qualifications

• Must hold an active NP license without restrictions.
• Board certification in Family, Adult, or Nurse Practitioner.
• Must have reliable transportation.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)
• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
