Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform in-home health assessments across Indiana. This role allows you to set your own schedule, engaging in low-stress clinical work without prescribing or treatment plans. Compensation includes a base rate of $80 per assessment and bonuses for specific visits. As a valued NP, malpractice insurance is covered, and travel assignments may include expenses for airfare and hotels.

Qualifications

• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP is mandatory.
• Minimum commitment of 60 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage visits across multiple counties in your assigned region.

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
