Qualifications

• California licensed NP or PA.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Background check to include criminal records clearance
• Clean DMV record and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide BHRT, weight management, and cardiometabolic care per JSMD protocols.
• Conduct 1:1 consultations and create integrated care plans.
• Perform physical exams and educate patients on health concerns.
• Follow up with patients via phone and order/evaluate lab tests.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including test results.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and productivity standards.
• CommunicateEvents to management and handle patient questions professionally.
