Excellent leadership opportunity for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our SCT and Cellular Therapy Team. Qualified candidate is required to be board certified and is expected to provide compassionate, evidence-based and multidisciplinary care to cancer patients. Our Advanced Practice Provider is expected to be an active member of the Division and participate in clinical, research, and education services provided by Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center (BMDACC).
Prior Leadership experience preferred or at least 5 years Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy experience

As a Stem Cell Transplant APP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Performing bone marrow biopsies/aspirations, lumbar punctures with intrathecal chemotherapy administration, ommaya taps and skin punch biopsies
Patient and family education regarding chemotherapy and side effects
Managing high acuity patients with the help of multidisciplinary teams, including significant collaboration with supervising physicians
Managing chemotherapy and cellular therapy side effects along with an additional focus on infectious disease
Research and other educational growth opportunities are available if interested
