Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. You’ll conduct comprehensive visits, reviewing medical history and social factors to identify gaps and enhance care quality.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours across 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, covering Stark, Wayne, and Trumbull counties. Mileage reimbursement and a no-show payment are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients.
• Review medical history and social factors to inform care gaps.
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor covering 2-3 counties (Stark, Wayne, Trumbull).

Seeking Nurse Practitioners with 1+ years of experience to conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments.

What's in it for you?

• Flexibility: Operate on your terms. Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm. The role is based on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement.
• Compensation: Earn $100-110 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment depending on coverage area and amount of availability provided. Each assessment takes 45 mins - 1 hour. Plus, enjoy mileage reimbursement and a $25 No-show payment.
• Location: We have extensive volume in this area and surrounding counties - must cover 2-3 counties. We have needs in Stark, Wayne, Trumbull.

About the Role:

In this position, you'll be conducting comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Each visit provides an in-depth understanding of a patient's health and well-being that might be missed during regular office visits. From reviewing their medical history to understanding their social environment, your insights will enhance care quality, bridging multiple care gaps in one visit.

$660 - 990 per day depending on number of assessments completed
