Job summary

Commonwealth-Medical-Services in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to conduct focused assessments for veterans’ disability claims. The role offers a guaranteed daily rate, a low-stress environment, and support from a fully provided technology platform.

You’ll review medical records electronically, perform 1-5 assessments per day, and collaborate with our NP-owned team. PTO, health/dental/vision benefits, and malpractice coverage are included; evenings/weekends are not

Qualifications

• Current NP license in good standing.
• Experience with disability assessments or veterans' claims preferred.
• Ability to perform focused one-time assessments.
• Proficiency with electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time assessments for veterans' disability claims.
• Assess 1–5 Veterans per day in a low-stress setting.
• Review medical records and complete assessments electronically.
• Provide training and clinical support as needed.
