Midi Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a Georgia-based, fully remote position. You’ll manage a virtual patient panel focused on perimenopause, menopause, weight and sexual health, prescribing HRT and GLP-1 therapies, with independent clinical decision-making.
Candidates must have 3+ years telemedicine experience, active NP certification, and be licensed in Georgia with ability to work nationwide in the U.S. This role requires productive care delivery and strong documentation.
Nurse Practitioner - Georgia-Based. Integrated Women’s Care (IWC). Employment Type: Full-Time. FLSA Status: Exempt. Compensation: $55 - $75 / hour, based on geographic location. Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager. Work Location: Must live within the state of Georgia to be eligible for this role. Remote role - work must be completed within the United States. Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone.
You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here.
Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common. They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling. They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change. They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it. They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one. They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment. They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care.
This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required. At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. All Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
