As an Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal Nurse Practitioner (FNP) candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and be dedicated to promoting the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and chronic disease management
Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on self-care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP) required
Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Current licensure in the state of Missouri
Ability to obtain DEA registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
