TEEMA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. Flexible 12-hour and 8-hour shifts are available, with 1099 options.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute/chronic conditions, performing exams, and prescribing medications. The role supports urgent and primary care with a focus on patient education and communication. 1+ year NP experience is required; urgent or primary care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year NP experience required.
• Urgent care or primary care experience preferred.
• Active NP license in New York (or eligible).
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and patient assessments.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
