Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered primary care in skilled nursing facilities in Temperance, Michigan.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with six-hour shifts, no on-call or overnight duties, and opportunities to work closely with physicians and facility staff. You will conduct rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification: NPs ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN or PAs NCCPA.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R or ED.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
