Job summary

CVS Health's MinuteClinic is recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates to deliver high-quality primary and family care in a clinic setting, with occasional virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and flexible scheduling, with comprehensive benefits for part‑time staff. EPIC EHR experience is preferred, and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and board certification for NP (AANP/ANCC) and license to practice in state.
• Active, unrestricted state APRN or PA license.
• DOT certification and BLS required; multi‑state licensure as business needs
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence‑based care including vaccines and preventive services
• Experience with virtual care and in‑clinic patient volume coordination preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide both in‑person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling and coordination of care with other professionals
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow‑up, insurance verification and payments
