Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This outpatient role focuses on high-quality care for active-duty service members and their families, with a predictable 40-hour week.

Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience, board-certified FNP, and a current NP license are required, along with DEA registration and BLS. U.S.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Primary Care / Family Medicine.
• Active NP license (any state accepted).
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to active-duty service members and their families.
• Manage a light-to-moderate patient load with 12–15 patients per day.
• Collaborate with the care team with minimal administrative burden.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
